Anchored in "Contemporary Masculinity," the Versace Pre-Spring 2020 collection is an array of oversized silhouettes, injections of the 90’s trend and signature brand codes. Like many luxury houses this season, the Italian label opened up its archive in order to source key prints, tapping artist Andy Dixon to reimagine them for a selection of pieces and juxtaposing them against seasonal patterns like leopard and checks.
Elevating one of the brand's signature, Dixon hand-painted a new take on the brand’s archival print of Roman god Bacchus, giving the assortment a colorful and modern illustration on t-shirts, jackets and pants. The artist’s work also expands to a range of signature accessories, rounding off the latest deliveries alongside brand new models of the Chain Reaction sneakers.
