Foreign Transaction Fees
Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. HBX is not responsible for any such fees or charges. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to request and obtain credit card information from customers to ensure and verify online payment
security. If the customer does not provide this information or if any transactions are found to be fraudulent, we
reserve the right to cancel the order as well as the customer's account. The requested information will be strictly
confidential and used only for verification purposes.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and can take up to 5 business days to process. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the refund and update your bank statement.
If your original form of payment was via cryptocurrency, you will be refunded in the USD currency equivalent. Please note the USD currency to Cryptocurrency conversion rate will be based on the time of refund and not the time of purchase.
