If there is one thing to take away from Ashley Williams’ Autumn collection, it is the fierce energy and attitude that is injected into this season. The neon colours, tiger prints and tie-dye fabric speak of a primitive, or rather, intuitive approach that encourage us to unlearn the established rules, restrictions and hierarchy in modern day society.

The British designer looked to the fringes of her geography and heritage as a source of inspiration, drawing attention to archaic practices of worship and comparing them to our current obsessions with the media and celebrity culture. Without taking it too seriously, Williams comments on such current issues in the language of vibrant fabrics and original prints.
