In our latest editorial, we play around with metal chain accessories. First surfaced in the early biker subcultures from the '50s, the wallet chain was created as a pragmatic tool for motorcyclists to keep their wallets intact while speeding upon the road. Moving towards the '70s punk movement, the pioneers of the subculture incorporated them into their outfit to secure valuable belongings while flailing about in most pits. Fast forward to today's streetwear-heavy fashion scene, the metallic accessories are dominating runways, being featured with bottoms, bags and jewelry designs.
