Aries is a womenswear brand created by Sophia Prantera, Fergus Purcell and Lucca Benini. It is a capsule collection of printed jeans and tops, manufactured in Italy and hand finished in the UK. Aries is inspired by the anti-consumerist youth movements of the second half of the 20th century, to whose ethos its creators subscribe. 100% cotton pencil skirt with frayed waist and hemline, reinforced stitching, high-waisted design with knee length, rear slit and rear zip closure. Aries is a London-based streetwear brand founded by Sofia Prantera in 2010. After working with cult labels Slam City Skates and Silas, Pantera started Aries as a unisex brand. The non-gendered identity was ahead of its times, so Aries had to focus on womenswear to explore unisex garments.
