The Japanese designer Kimihisa Senju is one of Originator of Ura-Hrajuku movement. His name was known by legendary select shop MORTOWN and the brand Swipe On The Quiet. RISEY is launched in 2013 after long term of silence. The brand mixes atmosphere of Tokyo and street culture.
