Founded in Indonesia in 2015 by Theo Kusuma and Mol Edrin, DEVÁ STATES is known for its intricate graphics, colors and personality. The name Devá is adopted from Sanskrit, one of the most ancient language in Indonesia, which translates to 'the shining one' or 'divine', honouring the designer's heritage. The label translates a diverse range of visual stimulants and inspirations into graphic, typography, colors and textures, with a mission to celebrate the beauty in imperfection.
