Franca

Franca was founded by two friends Jazmin de la Guardia and Sierra yip-Bannicq. Jazmin was born in Paraguay and Sierra was raised in Beijing. The duo's distinct backgrounds inform the core philosophy of Franca; the idea of “lingua franca,” or common language. Franca's designs are a journey towards uncovering commonality and the intangible threads that hold us together as people. Handcrafted from Franca's New York-based ceramic studio, Franca's pieces are known for their whimsical patterns and their unique blend of European and oriental concepts.
