Returning after the previous
Converse x
TAKAHIROMIYASHITA TheSoloist. ERX 260 drop, a joint capsule is now released including another footwear design alongside multiple apparel items.
Paying homage to the Seattle grunge scene for the Spring/Summer 2019 Collection, Japanese designer Takahiro Miyashita has brought his American vintage inspirations to the collaboration with Converse. Highlighting the capsule is the reinvented Converse x TAKAHIRO MIYASHITA TheSoloist Jack Purcell Zip Ox made through an “American Flag” inspired presentation, available in the classic red and navy “White/Garnet” colorway and a “White/Black” alternative. The collaborative model features a striped upper with star patterns on the tongue, garnished by a zip colosure over the lacing system.
For the apparel range created with functionality in mind, the Fleece Zip Up Hoodie is made in reference to the collaborative footwear design, with details similar to the laces, eyelets and toe cap shown on the hood — inner back straps are equipped for easy wear and removal. Additionally, a packable GORE-TEX Jacket and packable T-Shirt are delivered for the frequent travellers, made in black with subtle stitching and branded details.
