Since his game-winning shot that brought championship glory to North Carolina, Michael Jordan has been at the forefront of basketball consciousness. He took to the court in 1985 wearing the original Air Jordan I, simultaneously breaking league rules and his opponents' will while capturing the imagination of fans worldwide.

The Air Jordan XIII was several colourways strong by the end of the 1997–98 season, but it wasn't until the Playoffs that this exact combination of Black and Red debuted. It took the court for every road game, round after round, up until the Finals. Now it returns with all the classic touches intact, including the reflective upper, carbon-fibre shank and cat-eye hologram.
