Our 2018 "Tokyo Equinox" Editorial is set in Tokyo's sequestered alleyways, train stations and aging establishments, modeled featuring Julia Abe. Inspired by Yasujirō Ozu's 1958 film "Equinox Flower", light layering suited for the transitional period between summer and autumn is lensed in burnished lycoris tones and vintage hues. Deep tints of purple and lime from Stussy's Jelly Fish Printed Shirt, Prada's translucent white nylon pocone and metallic-silver plissé pleating from MM6 Maison Margiela are highlighted in the spreads. Other standout pieces include the ALYX Chest Rig, CALVIN KLEIN ESTABLISHED.1978 Patch T-shirt and Heron Preston NASA Hooded Sweatshirt to name a few.
