Veja is a French footwear and accessories brand founded in 2005 by Sébastien Kopp and François Morillion. ‘Veja’, as a Portuguese-Brazilian word meaning ‘to look’, gives the idea "to look beyond the sneakers and look how they are made". Veja is socially and environmentally conscious. The concept behind each pair of Veja is "standing up with one foot in design and the other in social responsibility". With its signature 'V' logo, the sneakers are crafted with fairly traded materials including natural rubber from Seringueiro communities in the Amazon rainforest, sources that save on water, energy and harmful emissions.
