Silas was founded in 1998 by Russell Waterman and Sophia M. Prantera, who were both involved with the London skate shop, Slam City Skates, and its in-house brand, Holmes. Placing a great importance on original style and partnerships with artists and designers, the brand specializes in sophisticated, skate-ready streetwear characterized by cutting-edge graphics and designs.
