Plateau Studio is a Taiwanese brand founded in 2019. The brand takes its name from Nirvana's version of "Plateau," originally played by the band "Meat Puppet." The lyrics imagine trekking through an unchartered plateau; likewise, the brand invites us to walk our own path and seek our own identity. Plateau Studio aims to be a cultural outlet for Taiwan, its designs are heavily inspired by the stories of Taiwanese teenagers and Taiwan street culture. These inspirations are channeled to the brand's iconic loose silhouettes and diverse fabrics, combined with new themes every season, the result is refreshingly bold designs rich in local culture.
