With Flyte, hoverboards may not be science fiction anymore. Founded by skateboarder turned scientist Simon Morris, Flyte rose to global fame after launching its Levitating Light Bulb in 2015. Born in the Bronx, Morris always recognized skateboarding as a symbol of rebellion against society, and levitation as a literal defiance of gravity.
