Established in 2003 by co-founders Edison Chen and Kevin Poon, CLOT has since become synonymous with lifestyle, fashion, music and design products that bridge the gap between the East and the West. Having worked with heavyweight collaborators like Disney, Nike and adidas extensively over the years, the brand has perpetuated a reputation for itself that has a much further reaching influence than just its home base of Hong Kong.
The brainchild of Ruslan Karablin, SSUR is a street wear label that encompasses his artistic vision and subversive ingenuity. The brand name, which is RUSS spelled backwards, gives hints of the artist's Russian heritage. Inspired by imperial art, Keith Haring and Stussy, Karablin strives to offer deeper concepts and meanings to his clothes instead of merely creating a skin-deep commercial street wear brand.
