Introducing: Drew House
[socials/]On Boxing Day 2018, LA-based label Drew House introduced the world to its black and yellow smiley-face logo embroidered on a pair of hotel slippers on Instagram, which immediately sold out. Since then, other images have been rolling through the feed: faded polaroids and analog photos, unveiling the label’s smiley “Drew” face graphics and earthy corduroy fabrics behind sunny Californian suburbs. For Drew House’s inaugural lineup, the brand is delivering a lean range of staples with contemporary designs and fits. The collection takes its inspirational cues from the cultural movements that are embedded in the history of the San Fernando Valley, looking to previous decades for modern motivation.
Standout selection include the Mascot Hoodie (smiley hoodie), along with a range of logo t-shirts to include as part of their daily wardrobe. Elsewhere, the new Drew House t-shirts aim to give fans a new batch of essentials for their closet. More importantly, the corduroy-driven limited capsule is ethically made in small quantities in Los Angeles to ensure quality, as the brand prides itself in avoiding mass production and applies techniques like garment-washing and dyeing to create unique designs.
The Drew House inaugural collection is now available on HBX. Check out the photos for a look at the collection and scroll below to shop.
