INTRODUCING: TOTAL LUXURY SPA SS19 "FICTION BASED REALITY" COLLECTION

For their Spring/Summer 2019 Collection, Los Angeles-based label Total Luxury Spa paints a slew of colorful graphics next to scripts that point at this season's enigmatic title: "Fiction Based Reality". In their latest lookbook, photographer Daniel Regan takes to the homes of some LA figureheads — like Kelsey Lu, Martine Syms and Sanam Sindhi — capturing slight vignettes of the rich cultural landscapes of LA. Featured garbs encompass a range of long-sleeves emblazoned with messages informed by new-age and spiritual wellness. One standout piece is the Total Luxury Spa Mr. Wisdom Long-Sleeve, made in collaboration with Mr. Wisdom. At the back, the words "You are entering the spiritual zone, Please turn off all radios and negative thoughts" are scripted next to a small portrait of the man below. The phone number of his wheatgrass farm restaurant has been printed to commemorate the years devoted to bringing healthy vegan Indian food to the community. Another highlight is the Total Luxury Spa Thermal Bath Long-Sleeve, featuring graphics showing shadowed silhouettes of a man standing next to a bridge under a half-moon. The words "Thermal Bath Fountain of Youth" and "Spirituals Contemplation Community" are framed around. Other pieces like the You Are Invited and Poem long-sleeves round out the concise assemblage.
