NEW ARRIVALS: HYEIN SEO SS19 "WHITE NOISE" COLLECTION

Back in October, South Korean label HYEIN SEO held its SS19 preview party in a dimly lit two-story industrial space in Euljiro, Seoul. The event filled with a crowd of various artists, DJs, photographers, designers, models and other creatives, who, as it turned out, were the inspirations behind SS19 — Seoul's underground youth. Dubbed "WHITE NOISE", SS19 riffs on the diverse style sensibilities of Seoul's community of young creatives. The result is a series of monochromatic garbs in the form of long-sleeve crop tops, pleated skirts with hanging thigh straps, frayed denim skirts, baggy cargo pants with gothy metal hoops and zippers, and semi-translucent long coats, to name a few. One highlight is the HYEIN SEO Pleated Skirt with Leather Garter Belt. The skirt features an opening on the side while a grommet belt holds together its garter strap and a small waist pocket. Another notable piece is the Reflective Long-Sleeve Top, marked with HYEIN SEO's signature tribal logo motif in a reflective print while contrast piping runs along the right sleeve. Other garments like the HYEIN SEO Thunder Rain Coat, Pants with Waist Bag and Damaged Denim Pants complete the concise range.
