2018 Spring/Summer "Bottom-Up" Editorial

The ’90s revival continues in the form of chunky, obscure sneakers. In late 2017, footwear label such as Buffalo London and Eytys teased upcoming releases of their take on the over-the-top sneaker trend. We recently received the delivery and could not wait to make them part of our wardrobe staples for the new season.

In our latest “Bottom-Up” editorial, we pair the bold footwear with a range of puffer jackets and colorful clothing pieces. Buffalo London’s platform sneakers come in both classic and high top iterations. The leather upper has minimal branding on the tongue, lateral side and lace dubrae, allowing the complementary clunky midsole to stand out. Another highlight is the Eytys Angel silhouette, featuring a monochromatic luxe leather upper with calf leather lining, piping detailing and heavy duty lace hooks.
