Polish label MISBHV delves into the early 90’s post-Soviet Europe reference for their Fall 2017 collection, Euphoria. What is seen as a naïve perspective on ‘trend’ and ‘luxury’ of modern fashion is deeply thought out in this collection’s symbology of the juxtaposition between the harsh surroundings of The East, and ultimate utopia of The West.
A complex dialogue nonetheless, designer Natalia Maczek aims to break the cycle of imitation in modern fashion, creating a label that speaks to friends alike. The collection features a heavier silhouette, with hoodies, sweaters and shirts emblazoned with graphic prints, or an oversized Tribal 95 Kubo raincoat.
