Calvin Klein Limited was founded by Calvin Klein in 1968, started off as a coat shop in the York Hotel in New York City. He then added sportswear, classic blazers, and lingerie to his women's collection. Received his first Coty American Fashion Critics' Award in 1973 for his 74-piece womenswear collection as the youngest recipient at that time, and won again the next two years. Calvin Klein has expanded to this well-known brand ever since.
