FUSED Footwear was founded in 2017 by Philippe Holthuizen. After gaining hands-on experience with 3D printing while working on a previous startup, he recognized the opportunity to create experimental shoes using this innovative technology. His first creation was called Spark, a sneaker-inspired design made entirely using 3D printing. To showcase the viability of 3D printed products, Philippe wears his 3D printed shoes every day.
