Founded in 2003 by Tokyo-based design collective Wonder Worker Guerrilla Band, SASQUATCHfabrix. creates progressive products inspired by 90's skate and graffiti culture. Designed by Daisuke Yokoyama, the label strives to create an aesthetic somewhere between avant-garde and wearable, and old and new, while utilizing unique textiles and traditional Japanese techniques.
In 2003, Tokyo-based design collective Wonder Worker Guerrilla Band founded Sasquatchfabrix. Sasquatchfabrix. strives to establish the aesthetic within the framework inspired by its vernacular garb, pursuing subtle expressions brought about by discovering new values for the characteristics of things from the past. Continually bridging the gap between the avant-garde and the wearable, Sasquatchfabrix integrates Japanese fabrics, techniques, and elements of traditional dress into their collections of forward-thinking Tokyo streetwear.
