Coming Soon: Vans x Harry Potter Sneaker Collection

First teased in April, the highly-anticipated Vans x Harry Potter Sneaker Collection is now available for a closer look. In addition to the previously announced models inspired by the fictional Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry’s houses, four extra Harry Potter themed designs are incorporated to the classic silhouettes to reconstruct the J.K. Rowling magic world. Reinterpreting classic silhouettes, the collaboration will be available on HBX at 10 AM EST, Jun 7.
Representing courage and chivalry, Gryffindor’s Sk8-Hi sports red and gold-hued stripes against a black suede upper, with a matching Jazz Stripe and muted white midsole emphasising the house’s lion-emblazoned emblem — patched onto the medial side of each sneaker. Elsewhere, Slytherin’s Era receives an appropriately scaley makeover, with faux snakeskin patterns playing across a silver and dark green leather upper, even reworking the shoe’s tongue tag to showcase the house’s snake motif.
Outside of Hogwarts, the Daily Prophet is publishing a special edition of the daily news on the Comfycush Era, with top stories printed in black on the white upper matched by a white sole and black laces. Three other models inspired by the Marauders Map, Deathly Hallow and Harry Potter's Transfiguration are also available.
