Logos are more than just a nice typeface. They’re a mode of expression that indicates which tribe you belong to. Long-standing luxury houses have recently been tuning in on the current wave of streetwear, shifting their aesthetic design codes to produce casual staples. Hoodies are one such silhouette and an essential canvas for logocentric graphics. We’ve selected a range of hoodies emboldened in stark logomania across a slew of labels: Featured is 7 Moncler Fragment Hiroshi Fujiwara, mastermind WORLD, Off-White™ and Sacai.
Spotlighting our selections is the Off-White™ Kiss Over Hoodie. Made in Italy, the hoodie is emblazoned with a large illustration at the center, depicting a woman and a ghoulish male sharing a kiss under the word “OFF”, while the label’s signature arrows motif covers the back. Another highlight is the 7 Moncler Fragment Hiroshi Fujiwara Maglia Hoodie. Dressed in all-black, with contrasting white prints, collaborative logomania is placed at the front, while the collection’s season is connoted at the left sleeve.
The mastermind WORLD Hoodie comes with a large skull-and-crossbones motif at the back with a branded leather strap at the hem. The front is emboldened with the label’s logo accompanied by smaller skull-and-crossbones insignia. Finally, the Sacai Sweat Printed Hoodie is printed with “Spring/Summer”, at the front, with Sacai’s logo placed just below it. The hoodie comes with an adjustable drawstring hood while zipper details along the sides round out the piece.
