The Moncler Genius initiative taps some of the most creative minds in the industry. With a total of 8 unique collaborations, each designer interprets and reimagines the Moncler heritage through a distinct lens. Following the first release with Hiroshi Fujiwara, this time around, 5 Moncler Craig Green is spotlighted, exploring a design ethos that surrounds protection and performance.
The 5 Moncler Craig Green collaborative range draws plenty of inspiration from tents and kites, offsetting volumes, lines and bright colors, seamlessly blending bold, hi-contrast hues with sturdy materials. Green’s visionary way of dealing with items of clothing is architectural yet pragmatic: the extreme shape in fact responds to a need, and as such, it performs. An impactful palette of solid bright greens, yellows, oranges and cobalt blues dominate the line-up of jackets, blousons, fishtail parkas, work shirts and trousers, with an eclectic array of prints and intarsia further paying homage to sport kites.
