Masaaki Homma's mastermind WORLD links up with Timberland once again, following the duo's 2013 collaboration, to bring forth a special capsule collection dedicated to high quality, seamlessly blending together the design sensibilities of both labels. This time around, the joint release encompasses a plethora of branding heavy elements emblazoned across a solid assemblage of short- and long-sleeved tees, crewnecks, sweatpants and boots, bringing together streetwear edge and outdoor expertise.
The collaborative line-up introduces revamped iterations of Timberland's signature footwear silhouettes, alongside a standout range of streetwear staples complemented with relaxed '90s retro styling. The iconic 5-Inch Boot boasts intricate embroidery on the padded leather collar and bold heat-embossed co-branding at the heel and tongue, with branded hangtags, gold eyelets, heavy duty zippers and thick rubber lug sole units rounding out the shoe. The rugged design is made available in two classic colorway options: "Wheat" and "Black" nubuck. A similar color scheme extends onto the graphic-heavy slew of apparel that is seen accented with both mastermind WORLD's instantly recognizable skulls and crossbones logo as well as the Timberland tree emblem.
