GANNI Fall/Winter 2018 “Angels” Collection

Founded in 2000 by an art connoisseur and gallery owner to design the perfect cashmere knit, GANNI has developed exponentially over recent years. Based in Copenhagen, the husband-and-wife team – creative director Ditte Reffstrup and CEO Nicolaj have been running the label since 2009.

For the Fall/Winter 2018 “Angels” Collection, it references the seminal Wim Wenders film Wings of Desire, with the idea that angels roam all over the city. Ditte was drawn to make clothes for the everyday angels she sees in her hometown of Copenhagen, and the collection is also a homage to the city that provides her with endless ideas.
