Penfield was established in Hudson, Massachusetts in 1975 by Harvey Gross. A pioneering figure in the American outerwear industry since the early 1960s, Gross recognized and championed the strength of down insulated outerwear for its unique and unrivalled ability to provide strong, durable warmth and protection. Full zip/snap button down jacket. Set-in sleeve and a shirting hem, classic of down filled jackets and has been finished off with a corduroy trim on the cuffs, collar and hem. Two traditionally shaped chest pockets with snap closure and two lower welt pockets. Buffalo plaid shoulder yoke. 255G of premium 80/20 quilted down fill. Available now in navy or tan.
