Bestellungen werden je nach Versandadresse über FedEx, DHL, SF Express, Sagawa, Yamato, Crane, V-LOGIC oder Local Express Courier versendet.

Kostenloser Versand für Bestellungen über $300. Ausgeschlossene Marken und übergroße/übergewichtige Produkte sind von dem erforderlichen Betrag ausgeschlossen.

Bitte beachten Sie: Geschätzte Lieferzeiten werden durch die Anzahl der Werktage (Montag bis Freitag, außer an Feiertagen) ab dem Tag der Bestellung bestimmt. Dies sind nur geschätzte Lieferzeiten und werden nicht garantiert.

Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen bearbeitet.

Bestellungen mit kostenlosem Versand werden mit der Standardversandmethode versendet.

Oversized/Overweight Order: Orders that are considered oversized/overweight will require additional shipping fees, which will be calculated during checkout.

Public Holidays: Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotional periods. For a list of Hong Kong public holidays, please click here. For details on public holidays in the destination or region, please refer to your local government website.

Please ensure all information is correct when providing your shipping information during checkout. We may be required to contact you if there is any incorrect and/or missing information, which may cause delays in shipping your order. Delays may also occur due to pending payment verifications, customs clearance, weather conditions, reduction of air cargo capacity and city lockdown measures imposed by local government.

Unfortunately, we don’t ship to P.O. Boxes and U.S. Military Addresses.

Import Taxes & Duties

Import taxes and duties will be calculated upon checkout and will be shown in the Duty/Tax field during checkout.


Customs & Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific destination or region.

If you are shipping to US, Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before authorising delivery to your address and this may delay the delivery time. It will be your responsibility to submit the identification document for local authorities to release the shipment.

If you are shipping to Taiwan, the courier may ask for your identification information via phone call before authorising delivery to your address and this may delay the delivery time. It will be your responsibility to provide the information for local authorities to release the shipment.

If you are not able to provide the identification document required by the local customs, your order will be returned and all associated return costs will be deducted from your refund amount.


Foreign Transaction Fees

Foreign transaction fees may be charged once your payment transaction has been settled. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.


DHL On Demand Delivery

If your order is shipped via DHL, make sure to utilise the DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) services. In the instance you would like to change the shipping address or you have to go away at the last minute, ODD's flexible range of services will make it enable this - even if it's already on the way!

Once your order has left our warehouse and is with DHL, you will be contacted via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery. If ODD is available in your location, the message will also contain a link to the ODD site - all you will need is the tracking (shipment waybill) number.

Here are a few options you can select to customise your delivery:

Alternative Address: If you made an accident when placing your order, you can change this hassle free.(limited to the same street for security purposes)

Leave with Neighbour: If by chance you aren't home to receive your order, there's no need to go all the way to the pick-up centre, just leave it with your friendly neighbour! (You will need to provide DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that if you select this option, HBX.com and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages once delivered)

Schedule Delivery: If your estimated delivery date isn't suitable, you have the option to select another date within 5 working days. Where possible, you may also be able to select a time window to receive your delivery.

Service Point Delivery: If you won't be in for your scheduled delivery, you have the option to pick up from your closest DHL Service Point. Please note that DHL service points will only hold deliveries up to X days from the original scheduled delivery date.

To collect your parcel from a DHL Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:

  • A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
  • Your email/SMS notification from DHL

Vacation Hold: Still on vacation? You can request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days for you. Where available, you may also be able to select a time window to receive your delivery.
