Following Hiroshi Fujiwara’s previous retail projects, the POOL aoyama and THE PARK・ING GINZA, the designer has been busy spearheading his latest endeavor, THE CONVENI— a curious exploration of convenience store products through the Japanese aesthetic. The result is an expansive range of rarified fashion items packaged as Japanese convenience store products. Featured items include Fragment hand-towels in onigiri wrap, sandwich pack paisley bandanas, rolled up tees in plastic bottles, soda cans with tote bags, socks in milk boxes, while items like hoodies, crewnecks and Be@rbricks, come in other assortments of collectible packagings.

Scroll below for a look through THE CONVENI, a digital space informed by minutiae, contemporary Japanese aesthetic and the legacy of Fujiwara’s imaginative vision.
