Special Release: 7 Moncler Fragment Hiroshi Fujiwara
Moncler taps Fragment Design as the first collaborative release to come out of the Genius project. Titled “7 Moncler Fragment Hiroshi Fujiwara”, the collection draws inspiration from different genres of music culture, particularly Rock-and-Roll and Hip-Hop. A slew of iconic silhouettes have been recontextualized to reflect the spirit of urban life in Tokyo.
The 7 Moncler Fragment Hiroshi Fujiwara collection is a mashup of Italian craftsmanship with one of streetwear’s most recognized logos. From the Moncler Genius Poulsen Giubbotto jacket to the Davis Giubbotto, the twin-thunderbolts are placed next to Moncler’s historic logo. Featured items include T-shirts, mac coats, diamond quilted jackets, backpacks as well as a pair of jeans. Stand-out pieces include the Moncler Genius Stux Giubbotto, the Vallor Giubbotto and the Rucksack to name a few. Other garments feature the words “BACKSTAGE” at the back, rounding out the music-inspired collaboration.
