Need to return or exchange your item?
We accept returns for up to 30 days from receiving your order. If you wish to return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a case number and Return/Exchange form. Please ensure to include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form. We will NOT accept any return packages sent without this information. Please review our Returns & Exchange policy for more information on the return process.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy:
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from receiving your order. Returns and exchanges for HBX Approved items must be made within 5 days from receiving your order.
- All returns must be shipped out within 14 days from receiving your case number.
- All incorrect and/or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days from receiving your order.
- All returns and exchanges must include the Return/Exchange form provided by our customer service team.
- All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for or refund these fees.
- Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
- Returned item(s) must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Returned item(s) must remain unworn and in the original condition in which they left HBX.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. See full list of final sale items below.
- Store Credit and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).
- Processing returns may take up to 14 business days upon receiving of the item(s).
- All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
- Upon dispute, HBX reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
Final Sale Items (not eligible for return or exchange):
- Accessories (Hats, Belts, Watches, Wallets, Socks, Jewelry, Cases, Pins, Keychains, Ties and Scarves)
- Grooming Products
- Underwear and Swimwear
- Electronic Devices (including Headphones)
- Print Items (Books, Magazine, Stickers) and Stationery
- Homeware (Candles, Carpets, Towels, Toys and Umbrellas)
- Sale Items
Are any of your items incorrect, missing, or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you purchased your order by credit card, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the refund to process. The refund will appear on your next statement after your bank processes the refund.
