LA-based brand STAMPD mixes streetwear and luxury influences to create pieces for the contemporary minimalist. Established in 2011 by Chris Stamp, the brand promotes a West Coast "avantstreet" aesthetic that elevates streetwear offerings with a monochromatic palette and edgy yet athletic styling. The brand has undoubtedly made an impact on fashion beyond the streetwear realm, winning GQ's award for the Best Menswear Designer in America in 2015.
This season, STAMPD looked to military influences and sought to mix tailored styles with casual basics. Constructed from soft cotton terry fabric, these shorts feature a relaxed fit, with an elasticated waistband and drop crotch cut. The shorts are printed with an asymmetric stripe pattern, giving the casual garment a geometric touch.
